The iPhone is definitely a must have these days. The features on the phone are unbelievable, and surfing the Internet is so much better than those POS CrackBerries. You can stream videos directly from YouTube, use Google Maps when you get yourself lost, check stocks on the go, etc. It's years ahead of the other phones available and is the best product out there by far. Now if only you could use it with a service other than AT&T.

The iPhone is far and away better than the competition. My phone bill is the same as it was before with Verizon, yet my iPhone comes with internet service. After your first test drive with the iPhone, it is east to see that this is the only phone that doesn't cut corners with its browser application. I would like to see CreateDebate customize a site made specifically for all of the iPhone owners out there.

A must have? Surely not. It now had 3G but so what? It's not like you can conduct video calls. You have to navigate to the phone functionality - on a phone! It's got lots of applications you can buy, configure, pfaff about with, move about - do you really want to waste your life doing this? Surely it's better to have a simple, cheap phone which makes and receives calls. If you lose it, there are no floods of tears, you're not bankrupt. If you get a scratch on it - it's character. Fight Apple's relentless throwaway hardware treadmill. You don't need the latest trinket. You don't need to duplicate functionality you already have e.g. digital camera, portable jukebox etc. Fight the Man! Side: Don't need it, trash it
iPhone developer SDK released today. Also, Apple announced a $100,000,000 iFund to support iPhone startups. Oh yeah, one more thing, the iPhone will now support Microsoft Exchange mail (i.e. its time to tell your employer you want an iPhone instead of a Blackberry).

It is a glorified cell phone that you need to pay hundreds of dollars a month to use. It adds nothing to your quality of life but can reduce it by skimming money out of your pocket monthly for services you lie but do not need. Take care and go cheap and your life will improve.

The internet is the fastest way to get access to the most up to date news, market trends, weather, etc. If you have to make an important decision, having access to this type of information is essential. We all know that the majority of people do not sit in front of their computers all day. While on the move, the iPhone provides it's users with the fastest and most advanced browser of any smart phone on the market (that I know of). Therefore it is essential for people who make important decisions to have access to an iPhone at all times.

If I want a music player, I'll go buy a goddamn music player. If I want a portable gaming device, I'll go buy a goddamn portable. If I want a goddamn cellphone, I'll go buy the cheapest goddamn cellphone I can find. >=\ I don't really need it all in one. Especially since the DS has a much sexier lineup than the iPhone. Then again, the iPhone isn't that hard to beat in that respect. Side: Don't need it, trash it
